About Your Want's

Your Want's is a local delivery service created to help people in Nelamangala get items from nearby shops when they cannot go out. We work directly with local shops and customers to provide a simple, flexible, and transparent delivery experience.

There is no app and no complicated process. Customers can place orders through WhatsApp or phone call, share what they need, and we handle the rest.

How It Works

1. Contact us through WhatsApp or phone call.
2. Tell us what item you want, from which shop or hotel, and your delivery location.
3. Our team calculates the final amount including item price, service charge, and delivery charge.
4. Once you confirm the amount, the delivery person is assigned.
5. Items are purchased and delivered to your doorstep.

Service Area

• We currently provide delivery only in selected areas of Nelamangala.
• Orders outside the service area are not accepted.

Delivery Charges

• Fixed service charge: ₹30
• Delivery charge: ₹7 per kilometer
• For heavy, bulky, or large-quantity items, additional delivery charges may apply.
• Any extra charges will be informed by the team before delivery, based on delivery person updates.

Payment Methods

Food Items

• Advance payment via UPI is mandatory
• Payment must be completed before food preparation starts
• If payment is not made, the food order will be cancelled

Non-Food Items

• Cash on Delivery is accepted up to ₹500, depending on order type
• Orders above ₹500 may require advance UPI payment
• Payment timing will be informed during order confirmation

Item Availability

• If an item is not available at the selected shop, the customer will be contacted for a replacement.
• If the customer asks to check another shop, it will be done only within a 300-meter range.
• If no replacement is approved, the item will be cancelled.

Delivery Person Communication

• The delivery person may contact the customer only when required to clarify item details or complete the order.
• If the customer has clearly specified an exact item, the same will be followed.
• All communication is strictly related to order completion.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If the customer has already paid and the item is not available, a full refund is processed immediately.
• If the customer cancels the order after confirmation and after the item is purchased, a refund will be given after deducting the ₹30 service charge.
• Refunds apply only when payment was already made and confirmed.

Item Quality & Responsibility

• Your Want's is a delivery service and is not responsible for food quality, taste, or preparation by shops or restaurants.
• If a shopkeeper refuses or is unable to provide an item, Your Want's is not responsible.
• If an item is damaged during delivery transit, a refund will be provided for that item.
• Returns are not accepted after delivery.
• In rare cases, if the shopkeeper agrees to accept a return, we may assist, but this is not guaranteed.

Order Updates & Transparency

• Delivery person live location may be shared via WhatsApp.
• Total bill details may be shared via WhatsApp.
• Item photos may be shared by the delivery partner for confirmation, when required.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Orders outside these hours will be handled only during service time.
